How to Enter

1. Follow the Cygames official English X account (@Cygames_EN).
2. Before the entry period ends, like and repost the relevant X giveaway post (the "Post") from our official English X account.

Eligibility

1. You must enter the Granblue Fantasy Launch Celebration Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) as described above under "How to Enter."

2. You must abide by the Giveaway's terms and conditions (the "Terms"), as well as the privacy policy (https://granbluefantasy.com/en/privacy/) of Cygames, Inc. (the "Company").

   *Your participation in the Giveaway will be recognized as an agreement to abide by the Terms and privacy policy.

3. If you are under the age of majority, you must obtain the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

   *Your participation in the Giveaway will be recognized as admission that you have obtained the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

4. You must acknowledge the following before participating in the Giveaway:
   　- Only residents of countries and/or regions where Granblue Fantasy (the “Game”) is officially available are eligible to enter.
   　- Prizes will be shipped by DHL, which only services the countries and regions listed on the page linked below. Winners residing in a country or region not serviced by DHL at the time of shipping may be deemed ineligible to receive a prize.

Announcement of Winners

Winners will be contacted by direct message ("DM") through the official X account no sooner than late April 2026 to relay information on how to claim the prize.

Notes

1. Participants must have an X account to enter the Giveaway.
2. Participants whose X account is set to private will not be eligible to win any prizes.
3. After results are announced, winners will be provided with a form with which to submit their contact information, delivery address, and other information needed to accept the Prize (the "Prize Form"). The Prize Form must be submitted by 11:59 p.m., April 10, 2026 (JST). Once submitted, delivery information cannot be changed.
4. Participants are solely responsible for payment of any and all internet and connection fees associated with participation in the Giveaway.
5. Winners may forfeit their claim to their prize on the Prize Form, or by some other procedure specified by the event management team, if they so choose.
6. Any personal information submitted will be used to confirm eligibility for the Giveaway, ship prizes, contact winners regarding the shipping of prizes, and create de-identified statistical data in accordance with the Company's privacy policy (https://granbluefantasy.com/en/privacy/).
7. Winners under the age of majority must obtain the consent of a parent, guardian, or other legal representative when filling out the Prize Form.
8. Prizes are expected to be shipped out in April 2026 to the addresses provided by the winners on the Prize Forms, though shipping may be delayed depending on the circumstances.
9. Winners are responsible for any necessary customs clearance procedures during delivery. Contact your local customs office for further information. Prizes will not be redelivered if delivery is unsuccessful due to incomplete customs clearance procedures.
10. Prizes may only be accepted by the winner and may not be transferred or sold to a third party or redeemed for cash. The Prize Form must be filled out by the winner using the winner's own information. Violation of this rule will result in disqualification.
11. Each winner is eligible to receive only one prize. If a person is found to have won using multiple X accounts, they will be ineligible to receive any prizes.
12. Prizes cannot be returned.
13. If a winner is deemed to have engaged in fraudulent activity, their claim to their prize will be revoked.
14. The event management team will not attempt a second time to contact or ship the Prize to a winner if said winner fails to respond the first time, submits the wrong delivery address, or the first delivery is unsuccessful due to a change in residence, prolonged absence, etc.
15. If a winner is disqualified for any reason, another winner will not be chosen in their place.
16. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway on its own terms.
17. The Company assumes no liability for any problems arising from the Giveaway, including, but not limited to, damaged, delayed, or misdirected prize deliveries on the part of the delivery company, nor does the Company assume liability for any losses resulting from the suspension or termination of the Giveaway, except in cases involving willful misconduct or negligence on its part.
18. If a dispute related to entering the Giveaway arises between entrants and/or a third party, they are to resolve the dispute on their own without causing any loss to the Company.
19. The Company reserves the right to freely modify the Terms or otherwise take measures it deems necessary to secure the fairness of the Giveaway. All entrants must adhere to the rules governing management of the Giveaway and shall not make any objection to them whatsoever.
20. The Company assumes no liability for any losses resulting from network connectivity issues, computer viruses, unauthorized access to its servers, or other circumstances beyond its control, except in cases involving willful misconduct or negligence on its part.

    *Employees of CyberAgent and its affiliated companies, including Cygames, Inc., are not eligible to win.

22. The Game is not Steam Deck Verified, although it can be played using the touch panel instead of button controls.

Miscellaneous

The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In addition, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of first instance in cases where disputes related to the Giveaway arise.
